About these terms

These terms apply to your use of letusshopping.com and purchases from Let Us Shopping. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code or misuse another person's information or payment method. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order.

Products and prices

Review the product description, selected options, quantities and price before checkout. Colours can appear differently on different screens. Available products, prices and stock can change. The checkout displays the charges for your order before payment. A material error in an order or listing will be addressed with you rather than treated as permission to charge you a different amount without agreement.

Orders and payments

Use a payment method you are authorised to use. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order details. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and address any payment already taken. Requests for changes or cancellation depend on the processing status and are not confirmed until we respond.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Orders normally arrive within 7–15 business days after placement, subject to the qualifications in our Shipping Policy. Return requests may be made within 7 calendar days after receipt. Customers pay return shipping for non-quality-related returns. See the linked policies for the process and details. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Website content is provided for shopping and information purposes. Do not reproduce protected content without permission. Linked third-party websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy notices.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective goods, misdescription or other mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an order already placed.
